At Victoria Park Racing, our purpose-built infrastructure allows us to create flexible training and recovery programs tailored to the individual. From conditioning and fitness to recovery and rest, every part of the property has been developed to support the wellbeing and performance of the horses in our care. Set across 200 acres at Nindooinbah, Victoria Park offers the space, infrastructure and natural environment to support horses through every stage of their preparation.

All-weather Training Track
Our 1,350-metre all-weather training track provides a consistent and reliable surface for daily work and conditioning. Located just ten minutes from Beaudesert Racecourse, horses can also be transported via our dedicated ten-horse truck for fast work and race preparation.

Stable Complex
Our purpose-built stable complex features 22 boxes, providing a comfortable and practical environment for horses in training. A dedicated water system, supported by six 22,500-litre tanks, ensures a reliable supply of fresh water throughout the complex.

Horse Walker & Round Yard
Our eight-horse walker and large round yard provide additional options for conditioning, exercise and daily management. Having a range of training facilities available on site allows programs to be adapted to suit each horse, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our state-of-the-art horse treadmill provides another valuable option for controlled exercise, conditioning and recovery. Purpose-built specifically for horses, it allows training to be carefully managed and adapted to suit each horse’s individual program, fitness and stage of preparation.

Spelling Paddocks
Victoria Park features 20 spelling paddocks, all securely fenced with post-and-rail fencing and supplied with individual water troughs. Fifteen paddocks include purpose-built shade and shelter stalls, while larger paddocks benefit from established trees and natural shade. The result is an environment where horses have the space to rest, recover and simply enjoy being outside.

Swimming & Recovery
Our six-million-litre swimming dam provides an additional conditioning and recovery option for horses in work. Swimming offers a low-impact way to build fitness while reducing stress on the horse's joints and limbs, another valuable tool in creating a balanced training program.

Feed & Farm Infrastructure
The property includes dedicated hay, machinery, feed and plant sheds, supporting the day-to-day operation of the facility. Approximately 10 acres within the training track have also been planted with lucerne, contributing to the property's ability to support horses with quality feed grown on site.
